VSC
Three tiers of mechanical coverage, matched to how the vehicle was purchased.
A vehicle service contract picks up mechanical and electrical repair costs after the manufacturer's warranty runs out. ZynSure VSC is offered in three tiers — Basic, Broad, and Special — so coverage can be matched to the vehicle and the client's budget.
Which options are available depends on how the vehicle was purchased. A used vehicle — whether purchased at the dealership or already owned — is eligible for Basic, Broad, or Special. A new vehicle purchased at the dealership isn't eligible for those three; it's eligible for Wrap Coverage instead (see below). Wheel & Tire protection is available alongside VSC in every case.
Basic
Engine, transmission/transfer case, drive system, turbocharger, seals & gaskets, and fluids.
Broad
Everything in Basic, plus air conditioning, cooling, fuel system, brakes, electrical, suspension, steering, and hybrid components.
Special
Exclusionary coverage — every mechanical and electrical breakdown is covered except the specific exclusions listed in the contract (Section V).
Not a VSC tier — a separate product for new-vehicle purchases
Wrap Coverage
Wrap Coverage is only available for a new vehicle purchased at the dealership. Unlike Basic, Broad, and Special, it isn't active from the day of purchase — coverage begins once the manufacturer's factory warranty expires.
Wrap covers the powertrain — engine, transmission, transfer case, and drive axle — for the length of the contract.
Included with every tier
Deductible is a flat $100 across Basic, Broad, and Special. Those three tiers are each available in 12, 24, or 36-month terms; Wrap Coverage is available in all terms, since its coverage window is tied to warranty expiration rather than a fixed menu. Pricing lives behind agent sign-in, not on this page.
